The use of the Windows files system and using non - proprietary file structures is a big plus. It looks like this system uses PDF files extensively.

Non-proprietary format is essential for me and my office. You should check out FileCenter Pro created by Lucion Technologies. Just acquired their software and couldn't be happier. www.lucion.com
